Background
CXCL3 belongs to the CXC chemokine family and is also known as GRO gamma and macrophage inflammatory protein-2-beta (MIP2b) . CXCL3 controls migration and adhesion of monocytes and mediates its effects on its target cell by interacting with CXCR2. CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL3 are well known as powerful neutrophil chemoattractants and are involved in cancer metastasis, angiogenesis, and wound healing.
Description
The Rabbit CXCL3 (GRO gamma) ELISA contains capture antibody, standard, and detection antibody for development of a Rabbit CXCL3 ELISA. The antibodies have been determined to function in an ELISA with the standard provided. Optimal buffers, concentrations, incubation times, incubation temperatures, and methods for the ELISA have not been determined. This allows for complete flexibility to provide optimal dynamic range and sensitivity based on your sample type.
