• Description:

  Monoclonal agglutinating Anti-Lea and Anti-Leb test-sera are produced from cell culture supernatants of heterohybridoma-cell lines. The cells are secreting antibodies that react specific with the corresponding antigen. The test-sera are used to determine whether red blood cells possess or lack the corresponding blood group antigen s.
