    Microplate Reader LX769MR is used in ultraviolet visible-spectrophotometer with the ability to detect any standard 96-well or UV-transmissive 96-well microplate. Built with a flashing xenon lamp source, long life and stable illumination, wavelength ranges from 190nm to 1000nm and offers 0 to 15.0 OD measurement range. It has single-wavelength, dual-wavelength, full-wavelength detection and microplate oscillating mixing functions. It offers quantitative or qualitative detection and several calculation methods: absorbance mode, Cut-off qualitative calculation, linear, exponential and logistic regression. It’s used for G protein-coupled receptor detection and is also suitable for protein quantitative analysis, UV absorption, Bradford, Lowry and other methods. The special light absorption detection board can be used for calibration and calibration of the equipment also used in powerful data analysis software, microplate analysis and workstations.
