• Description :

  ME 1 is a hybridoma cell line, established from the fusion of spleen cells with NS-1 myeloma cells. The spleen cells are from the animals immunized with the JY cells (an EBV transformed human B cell line), and the antibody shows activity against human HLA-B7, -Bw22, -B27.
