Description
IVA12 is a hybridoma cell line, established from the fusion of spleen cells with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The spleen cells are from the animals immunized with the Priess human B cell line, and the antibody shows activity against HLA-DR, -DP, -DQ.
