  IGG-6A6 is a hybridoma cell line, established from the fusion of spleen cells with Sp2/0 myeloma cells. The spleen cells are from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinant sequence of VLDL receptor, and the antibody shows activity against the VLDL receptor.
