  BB7.7 is a hybridoma cell line, established from the fusion of spleen cells with NS-1 myeloma cells. The spleen cells are from animals immunized with HLA A2, B7 antigen. The monoclonal antibody reacts with a combinatorial determinant of the HLA A, B, C - beta-2-microglobulin complex.
