WPMY-1

• Description:

  WPMY-1 cells are prostate stromal cells derived from the peripheral zone of an adult prostate tissue slice. They were immortalized using a pRSTV plasmid construct encoding the SV40 large T antigen. The WPMY-1 cell line can be used for studying stromal secretion and stromal-epithelial interactions in the prostate microenvironment.
