  BsmBI is a Type IIs restriction enzyme that can recognize non- palindromic sequences and cleave outside the recognition sequence. It is often used in Golden Gate assembly. An optimized reaction buffer maximizes the functionality of BsmBI and contains recombinant albumin, which enhances the stability of multiple enzymes.
