Background
G-protein coupled receptor kinase interacting ArfGAP 1 is encoded by the gene GIT1. GIT1 is a member of the GIT protein family. GIT1 is a GTPase-activating protein for the ADP ribosylation factor family. GIT1 is expressed in numerous tissues with the highest levels in the testis. Diseases associated with GIT1 include Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder.

Our Anti-GIT1 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N39B/8. It is KO validated, detects human, mouse, and rat GIT1, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC.
