Factor H is a regulatory factor of the alternative pathway of complement activation. Factor H is a glycoprotein consisting of a single polypeptide chain with a molecular mass of 150 kDa.

Our mouse Complement Factor H (beta-1H-globulin) monoclonal antibody from Antibodies Incorporated is produced in-house from clone L20/3. It detects human Complement Factor H (beta-1H-globulin) and is Protein A or Protein G purified. Works in ELISA, WB.
