Description
Cy3-PEG7-Azide is a derivative of the Cyanine 3 (Cy3) dye, containing seven PEG units. This compound includes an azide group that enables copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC) with molecules containing alkyne groups. Additionally, Cy3-PEG7-Azide can undergo strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules that have DBCO or BCN groups.
