Description
DA ZP1 is a turn-on fluorescent zinc sensor (Kd ~0.6 nM) for live-cell imaging and isolation of pancreatic β-cells. Its application spans in vitro studies of stem cell-derived β-like cells to in vivo imaging of islet grafts, with excitation/emission at 490/522 nm upon Zn2+-triggered deacetylation.
