Description
DiSBAC10 is a voltage-sensitive fluorescent probe for FRET-based monitoring of cell membrane potential. Upon depolarization, it translocates to the inner leaflet, reducing FRET signal, and is used in neuroscience and cardiology for in vitro and in vivo electrical activity studies.
