Description
DMHBO+ is a cationic, chili aptamer-binding fluorophore (Kd = 12 nM) that emits red fluorescence ideal for cellular RNA imaging. Its large Stokes shift and role as a FRET donor to Atto 590 make it particularly useful for constructing FRET-based biosensors to study RNA dynamics in live cells.
