Description
DRAQ5 is a far-red fluorescent, cell-permeable DNA dye excitable at 647 nm, with emission from 665 nm to beyond 780 nm for DNA content analysis. It is compatible with FITC and RPE without compensation and is used in cell cycle, apoptosis, and multiplexed flow cytometry assays for both live and fixed cells in vitro.
