Description
DAPI dilactate is a highly water-soluble, blue-fluorescent stain that binds specifically to dsDNA's AT-rich regions, producing a 20-fold fluorescence increase. It is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo research for nuclear staining and cell cycle analysis, providing exceptional contrast by selectively labeling the nucleus over the cytoplasm.
