Description
Indo-1 potassium salt is a ratiometric, UV-excitable calcium indicator whose emission shifts from ~480 nm to ~405 nm upon Ca2+ binding. It is widely used in flow cytometry and, despite photobleaching limitations, for measuring intracellular calcium dynamics in cellular and immunological research, both in vitro and in selected in vivo applications.
