Description
TargetMol Mouse B Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection) Provide superparamagnetic microbeads and isolate B cells from mouse spleen, lymph nodes, and bone marrow using negative sorting method. The principle is to use biotin labeled monoclonal antibodies to label non target cells, and then clear the non target cells through streptavidin labeled magnetic beads, thereby achieving the purpose of mouse B cell selection.
