Applications Notes
All steps involving sample lysis should be performed on ice or at 4°C. Users need to add protease inhibitors such as PMSF before use or add other inhibitors such as Leupeptin, Aprotinin, etc. as needed. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves when operating.
Preservative
The main components of NP-40 Lysis Buffer are 50mMTris (pH7.4), 150mMNaCl, 1%NP-40 and sodiumorthovanadate, EDTA and other inhibitors.
