Description
PS3 is a sensitive and selective fluorescent sensor for peroxynitrite (PNT) that localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum. Upon PNT-mediated oxidative cleavage, it generates a fluorescent signal, enabling the study of oxidative stress in both cellular and animal models of inflammation and neurodegeneration.
