Description
PEG-DPCA conjugate 1 is a PEG-DPCA compound that can co-assemble with mPEG-Amide-tri (DPCA) to form a supramolecular polymer hydrogel with a nanofiber structure. This hydrogel exhibits shear-thinning properties, making it suitable for injectable drug delivery, and it boasts a high drug-loading capacity. It degrades in vivo to release only DPCA and PEG, promoting regeneration in difficult-to-heal adult mouse ear holes. PEG-DPCA conjugate 1 is applicable in tissue regeneration research.
