Description

AHL-7160 is a covalent DGKα inhibitor with dual functions of enzyme activity inhibition (IC50≈ 12 nM) and molecular glue-mediated degradation. This compound rapidly recruits endogenous DGKα to the cell membrane (EC50= 39 nM), exhibiting isozyme selectivity. AHL-7160 stereoselectively blocks DGKα-mediated phosphatidic acid (PA) production (IC50= 340 nM), enhances T cell activation, and promotes antitumor immune responses, making it useful for immunotherapy research.
