Description
(±) 7 (8) -DiHDTE is a metabolite of Docosapentaenoic acid (22n-3) . This acid is a component of phospholipids and exhibits inhibitory activity against α-amylase and α-glucosidase, with IC50 values of 17 μg/mL and 22 μg/mL, respectively. Additionally, Docosapentaenoic acid (22n-3) enhances cell viability and exhibits mild anti-inflammatory properties.
