Antifungalagent 137 (Compound 4S) is an antifungal compound that inhibits Phomopsis sp. (PS) with an EC50 value of 0.15 μg/mL. It targets lanosterol 14α-demethylase (CYP51) with an IC50 value of 5.00 μg/mL. Additionally, it disrupts PS mycelial morphology, compromises cell membrane integrity, and increases intracellular ROS levels, inducing oxidative stress.
