Description
CDC25-IN-1 (Compound D11b) is an inhibitor of the cell division cycle 25 (CDC25) phosphatase. It effectively suppresses leukemia and colorectal cancer cells by blocking CDC25-mediated CDK1Tyr15 dephosphorylation, delaying the G2/M phase transition, and inducing caspase-dependent apoptosis and DNA damage.
