Description
HNF4A-IN-1 (Compound 17) is an inhibitor of hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α (HNF4A) . It demonstrates potent anticancer activity against human head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (SCC131 cells) without exhibiting toxicity to normal cells. HNF4A-IN-1 effectively inhibits the growth of SCC131 cells with an IC50 of 1.75 μM, inducing apoptosis and G2/M cell cycle arrest. Additionally, it facilitates tumor regression in SCC131 xenograft mouse models.
