(+) -PM 92131 is an active enantiomer of (±) -PM 92131, functioning as a non-nucleoside inhibitor of HIV-1. It exhibits anti-HIV-1 activity, with EC50 values of 0.8 μM and 0.6 μM in XTT cell protection and syncytium formation assays against the HIV-1RF strain, respectively.
