Description
CSH-4044 is a unique benzothiazole compound that can be isolated from fermented wheat germ extract. It is capable of inhibiting PIM3-mediated phosphorylation of BAD in pancreatic cancer cell lines and reducing DYRK1A-induced phosphorylation of Tau protein in neuronal cells.
