Description
Anti-MRSA agent 26 (compound 21) is an antibiotic that serves as a potent MRSA inhibitor. It exhibits a MIC of <0.015 μg/mL for MSSA and a MIC range of 0.015-0.06 μg/mL for MSSA, MRSE, and VRE. In a murine model of Staphylococcus aureus skin infection, Anti-MRSA agent 26 effectively clears the infection.
