Description
Clavariopsin B is a cyclic peptide antibiotic exhibiting antifungal activity. It is effective against Candida albicans [IFO 0583], Candida albicans [ATCC 10231], Aspergillus niger [AJ117374], Aspergillus fumigatus [AJ117190], and Aspergillus fumigatus [JCM1739], with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 8, 8, 16, 4, and 4 μg/mL respectively.
