Description
FLT3-IN-29 (MY-10) is a potent small molecule inhibitor of FLT3, effective against both ITD and D835Y mutants with IC50 values in the low nanomolar range. It exerts anti-leukemic activity in vitro by inducing G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and reducing ROS and MMP, making it a valuable research tool for studying acute myeloid leukemia (AML) .
