Description
Ozagrel (sodium), a mixture of its E and Z isomers (OKY-046), is a selective thromboxane A2 synthase inhibitor. It acts as an antiplatelet agent, inhibiting human platelet aggregation with an IC50 of 53.12 μM, and is used in research on thrombosis, cardiovascular diseases, and related in vitro pharmacological studies.
