Description
FUT8-IN-1 (Compound 37) is a potent small molecule inhibitor of α-1,6-fucosyltransferase (FUT8) with a KD of 49 nM. It acts via enzyme-activated generation of a naphthoquinone imine intermediate, effectively blocking FUT8 activity. This inhibitor is a valuable research tool for studying protein fucosylation in cancer biology and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) enhancement in both cellular and biochemical assays.
