Description

WYFA-15 is a sphingomyelin synthase 1 (SMS1) inhibitor with demonstrated antiviral activity. It has been shown to protect mice from lethal SFTSV infection and to reduce SARS-CoV-2 replication and pathogenicity in research models, making it a useful tool for studying viral mechanisms and host-directed therapies.
