Description
HGC652 is a molecular glue degrader that recruits NUP98 to the E3 ligase TRIM21, inducing the ubiquitination and degradation of NUP155 and other nuclear pore proteins, leading to cell death. Its potent antiproliferative activity against cancer cells in vitro is dependent on cellular TRIM21 expression levels.
