Description
C-MS023 is a photoactivatable prodrug of the PRMT6 inhibitor MS023. Upon 420 nm light exposure, it releases active MS023 to spatiotemporally inhibit H3R2me2a (IC50 ~0.222 μM) . This tool is used in epigenetics research to study histone methylation's role in transcriptional regulation and DNA replication in cellular models.
