Description
PPIA-IN-1 (Compound 20b) is a potent and selective peptidyl-prolyl isomerase A (PPIA) inhibitor (K_D = 0.52 μM) . It demonstrates robust antiproliferative and antimetastatic activity in vitro, including in HCT116 cells (IC_50 = 0.69 μM), and shows in vivo antitumor efficacy in a CT26 xenograft model by inducing ROS-mediated apoptosis and cell cycle arrest.
