P-SCN-Bn-NOTA is a bifunctional chelator featuring a stable macrocyclic NOTA scaffold for high-affinity metal ion coordination and an isothiocyanate (SCN) group for biomolecule conjugation. It is widely used in preclinical research for radiolabeling antibodies and peptides for both in vitro assays and in vivo molecular imaging applications, such as PET.
