Description
ART838 is a dimeric pimeloyl urea compound with potent anti-leukemic activity, demonstrating 88-fold greater in vitro efficacy than artemether. It exhibits an extended plasma half-life in NSG mice and works synergistically with other agents, effectively inhibiting leukemia xenograft growth in vivo.
