Description
RDS-127 is a dopamine receptor ligand that, like apomorphine (APO), produces a biphasic effect on locomotor activity in rats, but with triple the potency and fourfold longer duration. Its enhanced selectivity for presynaptic autoreceptors in the nigrostriatal pathway makes it a valuable tool for in vivo research on dopamine neurotransmission, Parkinson's disease models, and receptor profiling studies.
