Description
AH2-14c is a potent and selective ALKBH2 DNA demethylase inhibitor. It exhibits anti-glioma activity in U87 cells in vitro, reducing viability (IC50 = 4.56 μM), inhibiting migration, and inducing apoptosis through modulation of apoptotic gene expression.
