Description
FAK-IN-22 (Compound 26) is a potent multi-kinase inhibitor targeting FAK, JAK3, and Aurora B (IC50s: 50.94, 9.99, and 0.49 nM, respectively) . It suppresses pancreatic cancer (PDAC) proliferation, metastasis, and tumorigenesis in vitro and in vivo by inducing apoptosis and G2/M arrest via FAK/PI3K/Akt pathway inhibition.
