Description
APL-1081 (Mal-Exo-EVC-MMAE) is a linker-payload complex for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . It features the protease-cleavable Mal-Exo-EEVC linker conjugated to the cytotoxic agent MMAE, a potent microtubule inhibitor. This compound is utilized in ADC research for evaluating drug delivery and efficacy in both in vitro and in vivo cancer models.
