Description
DHICA (5,6-Dihydroxyindole-2-carboxylic acid) is a eumelanin precursor and a GPR35 agonist, inducing β-arrestin translocation (EC50 = 23.2 μM in U2OS cells) . It is used in melanogenesis research and studies on oxidative stress, DNA damage protection, and receptor signaling pathways in vitro.
