Description
This research chemical, Perfluoroheptanoic acid (PFHpA), is used to model PFAS exposure in toxicology studies. In vivo, it disrupts testicular m6A methylation and spermatogenesis in offspring. In vitro, it alters neuronal morphology and synaptic protein expression (e.g., PSD-95, Synaptophysin) in cortical cultures.
