Description
N-Depropylpropafenone is a major active metabolite of the antiarrhythmic drug Propafenone, formed via CYP2D6 metabolism. It exerts its Class I electrophysiological effects by blocking cardiac sodium channels, thereby slowing myocardial depolarization.
