Description
ZX703 is a PROTAC molecule that induces GPX4 degradation via dual ubiquitin-proteasome and autophagy-lysosome pathways (DC50 = 0.315 μM) . This degradation triggers lipid ROS accumulation and ferroptosis, providing a research tool for studying this cell death mechanism in cancer models both in vitro and in vivo.
