αVβ8-IN-1 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of the αVβ8 integrin. It demonstrates anti-proliferative activity against various tumor cell lines in vitro, including EMT6 and CT26, and is a research tool for studying cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, and interstitial pneumonias.
