GBM CSCs-IN-1 (Compound (−) -20) is a potent rocaglate-derived DDX3 RNA helicase inhibitor with an EC50 of 45 nM against glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs), inducing apoptosis. It is a valuable chemical probe for studying GSC biology and DDX3-dependent oncogenic mechanisms in relevant in vitro models.
